The plan was prepared using sharp zig-zag lines to symbolize electricity and also by virtue of the size being polygonal. The eclectic effect to the building was given by using glazed wall panel. Contradicting it, is a spherical stone block feature for the mini auditioning. The building function is divided into two inclined blocks using atria and split level.

Heat and energy are associated with electricity. A high level waterfall and a landscaped fore ground from the glazed facade was envisaged to balance the effect.
