The plot occupies a nodal position by virtue of it being at the junction of multiple roads, meeting the main Wagle Estate road. Immediately around the plot are important buildings such as banks, a ten storied trade center under constructions, couple of medium sized industries, lower middle class residential area and several bars and restaurants. since there was a dearth of such office spaces as well as shopping facilities, shops catering to the industrial needs were to be provided. A need was also felt for providing a hotel of better standards, conference or seminar room as a common facility. Apart from these amenities, other functions like bank, the showroom and the workshop have been allocated spaces and on the ground and 1st floor levels. The complex has been designed as an amalgamation of diverse functions housed in 2 blocks resting on a 2 storey high podium. Envisaging the needs for the segregation of vehicular and pedestrian traffic, separate movements patterns have been proposed. Horizontal circulation is provided for by means of adequate number of staircase and lifts at proper intervals.
