Rehabilitation Project for Affected People, Navi Mumbai

Impressed with the timely completion and competent handling of this project, Kalayojan was asked to study and propose suitable and optimal plans for similar other projects. Consequentially, we rendered architectural design services for rehousing of PAPs at MMRDA’s Andheri project on site with difficult geo-physical conditions.

Kalayojan had the challenging opportunity at project management consultancy for rehabilitating the Project Affected Persons (PAPs) of the MUIP by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority in 6087 units at Mankhurd, Navi Mumbai. We stood up to the challenge by giving the government an image boosting project in this scheme where the prime contractors were L & T.
